Standing at 6'8 and weighing 180bl's, Devon has shaggy blonde, straw-like hair, slightly tanned skin with stitches scattered all over, the ones mainly seen go across his face and one going up to his eye, he has long fingers ending in claws and jagged teeth. His eyes are orange with black sclera and a tinge of dark blue around them. He wears a vest with belts instead of buttons over a light orange dress-shirt and two buckles on his arms above his elbows and one on each wrist. Orange/brown slacks with belled leggings tattered at the hem with more buckles above the knee and a brown belt around his waist. He wears a brown witch-like hat with 3 buckles and stitches and a long tattered scarfe. Dev's Shoes are a dark brown with orange soles.

Devon is the son of the Kuebiko, a deity represented as a scarecrow in Japanese mythology.
The traditional explanation of Kuebiko is from kuzue-biko "disabled prince" and Yamada no Sohodo meaning "someone left soaking wet from standing guard over mountain rice fields", a euphemism for scarecrow".
Present day, The Kuebiko is worshipped as the god of agriculture or scholarship and wisdom.
